All spectator tickets to include Wanamaker Club and Season Grounds Ticket Packages, as well as Monday through Sunday daily grounds tickets have sold-out through the Championship’s ticket registration program.

A. If the Championship is conducted without spectators due to COVID-19, those who have purchased tickets via the PGA of America will be entitled to a full refund. To review full terms & conditions click here.
Purchases made from secondary market websites may be subject to different refund terms if the event is ultimately conducted without spectators. The PGA of America will be unable to process refunds for those tickets.
A. Juniors 17 years of age and younger will be admitted onto the PGA Championship grounds FREE of charge when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Each ticketed adult will be permitted four (4) junior grounds admissions per day at no additional charge. Junior tickets may be picked up onsite at the Admission Sales & Will Call Office at the Championship main entrance on the day of admission. Junior tickets cannot be obtained in advance and will be available regardless of a sellout.
Note: A junior ticket will NOT provide access to the Clubhouse or any hospitality area at the 2021 PGA Championship.
A. To honor the men and women who serve our country in the Armed Forces, the Championship is pleased to offer Active Duty, Retirees*, Reserve, National Guard and their accompanying guest (limit one) complimentary daily grounds access to the Championship, regardless of sell-out. The online verification and request process for qualifying individuals has been postponed and will take place in March 2021.
Please note, these tickets cannot be upgraded to alternative venues, but are eligible for the junior admission policy. (*Career-retired with twenty years of qualifying military service and Department of Defense ID)
A. All daily and weekly grounds tickets will be delivered digitally to the purchaser via email in April 2021. All Wanamaker Club Ticket Packages will be mailed to the purchaser at the shipping address provided in April 2021.
A. To claim your one-time golf discount, please present proof of purchase (order confirmation email) to Kiawah Island Golf Resort staff prior to play. The discount may be applied towards a single round of golf played between September 14, 2020 and April 2, 2021 and will be applied to standard seasonal rates. To learn more click here.

A. Tickets may be used by an individual other than the primary purchaser. However, each ticket may only be scanned at the gate once.
A. Once scanned, your ticket is expired. No same-day re-entry is permitted.
A. All ticket purchasers will be informed of the launch of the PRIMESPORT Official Ticket Exchange, a marketplace for authentic, verified inventory to the event, which will be available for 2021 PGA Championship ticket purchasers to list their tickets should their plans change.
A. Unless otherwise determined by PGA Tournament Corporation or The PGA of America, in their sole discretion, there shall be no refunds, rain checks, exchanges or replacements of tickets. To review full terms and conditions, click here.

A. Volunteers are asked to volunteer for approx. four (4), 4-6 hour shifts. You may request to work these shifts on separate days or back-to-back.
A. Junior Volunteers are ages 16-21. Adult Volunteers are ages 22 and up.
A: Adult Volunteers pay a $210.00 Volunteer Package fee (plus applicable taxes and fees). There is no fee for the Junior Volunteer Package.
A. You may receive a refund. If you have already received your volunteer uniform and credential, you must return these items before a refund can be processed. Please contact the Championship Office to request a refund.
A. All Volunteers will be provided with access to the grounds of The Ocean Course at Kiawah Island Golf Resort for the duration of the Championship to complete their scheduled shifts and act as PGA Ambassadors during unscheduled times. Therefore, you will receive a personalized, non-transferable Volunteer Credential which will provide access to the grounds all seven days of the 2021 PGA Championship.
A. Volunteers will be given the opportunity to submit their "Shift Preferences." This will allow each volunteer to indicate their available days, times and any special requests. Based on your preferences, your Committee Chair or Hole Captain will try their best to accommodate.
A. Your individual schedule will be released in February 2021 in your volunteer profile. If you have any questions or conflicts with your shift assignments, please contact your designated Committee Chair or Hole Captain.
A. You will receive your uniform at Uniform and Credential Distribution (UCD) in March 2021 (strongly encouraged). If you cannot attend Distribution weekend, we will have your uniform in the Championship Office for you to pick up during regular business hours or by appointment. You may also pick up your uniform in Volunteer Headquarters prior to your first scheduled shift during Championship Week.
A. Volunteers that live outside 100 miles of Kiawah Island will be mailed their Uniform and Credential Packet. If your mailing address is outside of the United States, we will contact you to make other arrangements.
A. Yes, additional clothing will be available for purchase in Volunteer Headquarters during the Championship Week while supplies last.
A. We will have additional sizes to exchange with during Uniform and Credential Distribution (strongly encouraged). Size changes can also be done in the Championship Office or in Volunteer Headquarters during the Championship - however, we cannot guarantee size availability at that time.
A. We try to make trainings as mandatory as possible but do understand that people have conflicts. The PGA also provides online training modules for most of the volunteer committees. Please be sure to check to see if your committee has an online training. If not, we ask that you notify your Committee Chair and arrive to your first scheduled shift 30-45 minutes early to receive proper instruction.
PARKING & ACCOMMODATIONS
A. PGA public parking will be available near Freshfields Village with complimentary shuttle service provided to and from The Ocean Course.
More information to include parking and shuttle times, rideshare pick-up/drop-off and specific directions will be communicated in 2021.
A. No. PGA public parking will be available free of charge for all ticketed spectators. Carpooling is strongly encouraged.
There will be no vehicle access or public parking on Kiawah Island during the PGA Championship without proper PGA-issued credentials.
A. On-Island shuttle service will be provided for those staying on Kiawah Island during Championship Week. More information to include shuttle locations and pick-up/drop-off times will be communicated in 2021.
