Q. What is ticket registration?

A. To ensure widespread access to the most in-demand ticket types, 2021 PGA Championship tickets are sold exclusively through a free, no-obligation, online registration process. By registering, you are holding your place in line – first come, first served – for the opportunity to purchase tickets when they go on sale in May of 2020. The earlier you register the better, as historically many of the most popular ticket types have sold out in advance of past PGA Championships.

Q. What if I don't register?

A. Ticket inventory, if it remains, will be made available to non-registrants after all registrants have had an opportunity to purchase tickets.

Q. Can I register more than once?

A. No. If you do register more than once under the same email address, only your first registration will be valid.

Q. How do I know you've received my registration?

A. After completing the registration form, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. All registrants will also receive an automated email to the provided email address detailing your group (letter) assignment and purchase window. Q. When do purchase windows begin?

A. The first purchase window for Group A1 registrants will open on Monday, May 18, 2020.


Q. How much are tickets?

A. Ticket types & pricing will be released in May 2020. Details will be published on and communicated directly to registrants ahead of their assigned purchase window.

Q. What types of tickets can I purchase?

A. Available tickets may include single-day grounds tickets and/or week-long packages.

Q: When does my purchase window open?

A. Each registrant will receive a confirmation email shortly after completing registration. This email will detail your assigned purchase window and group.

Q. Do you have a policy for Juniors?

A. Juniors 17 years of age and younger will be admitted into the PGA Championship grounds FREE when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Each ticketed adult will be permitted four (4) junior grounds admissions per day at no additional charge. Junior tickets may be picked up onsite at the Admission Sales & Will Call Office at the Championship main entrance on the day of admission. Junior tickets cannot be obtained in advance and will be available regardless of a sellout.

Note: A junior ticket will NOT provide access to the Clubhouse or any hospitality area at the 2021 PGA Championship.

Q. Do you have a policy for members of the military?

A. To honor the men and women who serve our country in the Armed Forces, the Championship is pleased to offer Active Duty, Retirees*, Reserve, National Guard and their accompanying guest (limit one) complimentary daily grounds access to the Championship, regardless of sell-out. (*Career-retired with twenty years of qualifying military service and Department of Defense ID)

Beginning in January 2021, all qualifying military members should return to to complete an application process for complimentary tickets.

Q. Is there going to be a separate charge for parking?

A. No. PGA public parking will be available near Freshfields Village and all ticketed spectators will be granted access. Carpooling is encouraged.

There will be no vehicle access or public parking on Kiawah Island during the PGA Championship without proper PGA-issued credentials.

Q. I am looking for a premium, all-inclusive hospitality experience. Is there an option for me?

Q. Are tickets personalized? Can I give my ticket to a family member or friend?

A. Tickets may be transferred to another person. However, each ticket may only be scanned at the gate once.

Q. Can I come and go from the PGA Championship with my same ticket?

A. Once scanned, your ticket is expired. No same-day re-entry is permitted.

Q. I purchased tickets, but I cannot attend. What do I do now?

A. All ticket purchasers will be informed of the launch of the PRIMESPORT Official Ticket Exchange, a marketplace for authentic, verified inventory to the event, which will be available for 2021 PGA Championship ticket purchasers to list their tickets should their plans change.

Q. What is your refund policy?

A. There shall be no refunds, rainchecks, exchanges or replacement of tickets if at least five (5) cumulative hours of play are held on the day specified on this ticket. If there are fewer than five (5) cumulative hours of play on the day specified on this ticket due to an act of God or other matter beyond the control of the PGA, the PTC and the PGA reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to provide ticket holders with one of the following: (i) a full refund of the purchase price of the ticket paid to the PGA, (ii) a partial refund of the purchase price of the ticket paid to the PGA, or (iii) the opportunity to attend a rescheduled event or exchange tickets for a comparable ticket to a different day in the Championship. To the extent that you have purchased entrance into an upgraded spectator facility that is not otherwise available to the general Championship attendees, any refund or ticket exchange shall be limited to the portion of the ticket that provides access to the grounds, unless the upgraded spectator facility that is not otherwise available to the general Championship attendees was not available on the originally scheduled date for at least three (3) hours.
