PGA CHAMPIONSHIP COVID-19 INFORMATION HUB & FAQ

First, we hope you are safe and healthy during these challenging times. We appreciate your support of the 2020 PGA Championship.

With the help of the City and County of San Francisco, our friends at the PGA TOUR, and our partners CBS Sports and ESPN, we are holding August 3-9 as dates for a rescheduled 2020 PGA Championship at TPC Harding Park.

We will continue to follow the guidance of public health officials, but are hopeful that it will be safe and responsible to conduct the PGA Championship in August. With our country going through extremely difficult times, it will be an honor for all of us at the PGA of America to hopefully help turn a page in August with the PGA Championship.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

This page will continue to be updated as we have more information on the evolving situation.

FAQs

Will my existing May tickets be honored for the new dates?

Yes, existing May tickets are automatically valid for the new event dates in August. Tickets will be honored for the same day in August as it would grant admission in May (i.e., a Thursday grounds ticket purchased for May 14, will provide Thursday grounds access for August 6, etc.)

What is the refund process?

For those who have purchased tickets via PGAChampionship.com, an email communication has been distributed to request a refund. If you are unable to attend on the new dates, refund requests will be accepted through April 22, 2020 via the submission steps included in the email. Please note that no refund requests will be accepted after 5 p.m. ET on April 22, 2020.

Refunds can only be issued to the card used on the original transaction. You may be asked to verify payment information in order to complete the refund request.

What if I purchased via PGAChampionship.com and did not receive an email?

Please reach out to the ticket support team at tickets@thepga.com, or (855) 295-9887, Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm Arizona Mountain Time).

How long will it take to receive a response to my online refund request?

Once a refund request is successfully submitted, each requestor will be shown a thank-you screen with the date and time stamp of the submission. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been canceled, within 7-14 days of your refund request. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days after order cancellation for the refund to post to your account. The credit will appear on your card statement as PGA Ticket Sales.

What happens if the event is canceled?

Should the event ultimately be canceled and not rescheduled, all ticket purchases will be refunded. Look for updates and spectator information at pgachampionship.com and on social media @PGAChampionship.

What if I purchased tickets from an entity other than the PGA?

If your ticket was purchased from a secondary market website other than PGAChampionship.com, please contact that site directly. We are unable to process refunds for those tickets.
