The second Major Championship of 2026 is nearly halfway complete.
This year, as in years past, the 108th PGA Championship at Aronimink Golf Club in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania will feature a 36-hole cut.
Here's how it the cut works at the PGA Championship:
- Following the first 36 holes of play, the 156-player field will be reduced to the low 70 scorers and ties.
- There is just one cut
- The top 70 players (including ties) make the cut
- Every player who makes the cut can finish all four rounds since there isn't a second cut
Notable players who are below the cutline as of publish time include: Bryson DeChambeau, Michael Block, Max Homa, Adam Scott and Keegan Bradley.
