FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. I plan to attend the Championship as a spectator or volunteer. Will face coverings be required?

A. Yes. Face coverings are required for all spectators, staff and volunteers (ages 2 and up), including those who have received a COVID-19 vaccine. Please bring your own face coverings and wear them at all times, except when actively eating or drinking. You may remove your face covering while actively eating or drinking, but you must be stationary, remain 15 feet from the rope line, and maintain appropriate social distancing.

Per CDC guidelines, a face shield is not an appropriate substitute for a face covering. Face coverings should fit snugly around the sides of the face and cover the nose, mouth, and chin.

Q. What other measures are being taken to promote the health and well-being of those in attendance?

A. The PGA of America has developed extensive health and wellness policies for the 2021 PGA Championship in partnership with the state of South Carolina, public health officials, and our medical services provider MUSC Health. To learn more about the PGA’s Commitment to Health, click here.

Q. When will I receive my tickets?

A. All spectator tickets will be delivered digitally via email in mid-April 2021.

Q. How do I access my mobile tickets?

A. Please review our mobile ticketing guide here.

Q. How do I transfer my mobile tickets?

A. Please review our mobile ticketing guide here.

Q. Can I print my tickets at home?

A. No. Printed tickets will not be accepted at the 2021 PGA Championship. If you are having difficulty accessing your mobile ticket on your day of attendance, please have your order number and email address handy and visit the Admissions and Will Call office near the Main Spectator Entrance. Review our mobile ticketing guide here to learn more.

Q. Will juniors be able to attend the Championship free of charge?

A. The PGA of America will be unable to extend its standard junior admission policy that provides complimentary access for juniors ages 17 & under with a ticketed adult in 2021 due to spectator limitations. Children ages 2 & under will be permitted into the Championship with a ticketed adult and will not require their own ticket.

The PGA of America continues its commitment to growing the game of golf through PGA Jr. League, the flagship youth pillar program of PGA REACH and we look forward to reinstating the complimentary policy at future Championships.

Q. Do you have a policy for members of the military?

A. The PGA of America has a time-honored tradition of offering complimentary daily grounds passes to qualifying military members. Unfortunately, due to spectator limitations, the PGA will not be able to honor this commitment in 2021. The PGA of America will continue to support PGA HOPE (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere), the flagship military program of PGA REACH. We look forward to reinstating the complimentary policy at future events.

Q. How is the ticketing policy for PGA of America Members (Professionals) impacted by the reduced attendance measures?

A. We still plan to welcome all PGA Professionals onsite with complimentary access for themselves and one (1) guest at the 2021 PGA Championship. PGA of America Members, Associates and PGA Golf Management University Students should monitor PGA.org for future updates.

Q. Where can I find more information about the Volunteer Program?

A. Additional information regarding the specifics of your committee, Newsletters, Schedules, Uniforms, etc. can be found in your Volunteer Profile.
