What is my AXS Account?

In order to complete your ticket purchase, you must create a new AXS Account or sign in to an existing one.

AXS is not affiliated with any previous PGA Ticketing systems. Your access code is not your password and no "AXS account" was created through registration.

If you have an existing AXS Account but cannot remember your password, please use the “Forgot Password?” feature to reset it.

Do you have a policy for juniors?

Juniors 17 years of age and younger will be admitted onto the PGA Championship grounds free of charge when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Each ticketed adult will be permitted four (4) junior grounds admissions per day at no additional charge. Junior tickets may be picked up onsite at the Admissions Office at the Championship main entrance on the day of admission. Junior tickets cannot be obtained in advance and will be available regardless of a sellout.

Note: A junior ticket will NOT provide access to the Clubhouse, Hill of Fame Experience, or any hospitality or club area at the 2023 PGA Championship.

Do you have a policy for members of the military?

To honor the men and women who serve our country in the Armed Forces, the Championship is pleased to offer Active Duty, Retirees*, Reserve, National Guard, and their accompanying guest (limit one) complimentary daily grounds access to the Championship.

Beginning January 2023, qualifying individuals should visit to submit a copy of their Military ID or service verification in exchange for daily admission.

Please note, Military tickets cannot be upgraded to alternative venues, but are eligible for the junior admission policy. Subject to availability. Review all admission policies here.

How and when will I receive my ticket(s)?

Mobile tickets will be delivered digitally and available to the purchaser in April 2023.

What is a Championship+ Ticket?

Championship+ Tickets provide access to the Championship grounds and are inclusive of food & non-alcoholic beverages at all on-course concession venues.

Affording convenience, flexibility, and value, this one-of-a-kind program aims to enhance the Major Championship spectator food & beverage experience and will feature diverse menus complete with inspiration from the region, plus distinct daily specials.

There will be no non-inclusive spectator ticket types sold for the 2023 PGA Championship.

How will the Championship+ Inclusive Food & Beverage Program work?

All food and non-alcoholic beverage items at concession venues throughout the grounds will be available to Championship+ Ticket holders at no additional cost.

As you approach a concession venue you will observe signage labeling items as ‘entrees’, ‘snacks’, or ‘beverages’. All Championship+ Ticket holders may redeem two (2) entree items, two (2) snack items, and two (2) non-alcoholic beverage items per transaction.

Alcoholic beverages and any items beyond the inclusive transaction limit of two (2) entree items, two (2) snack items, and (2) non-alcoholic beverages may be purchased with any accepted cashless payment method.

There will be no limit to the number of times Championship+ Ticket holders may transact, however, in order to reduce food waste and unauthorized sharing of Championship+ Ticket benefits, any abuse or excessive utilization of the program may result in the suspension or revocation of access, as determined in the PGA’s sole discretion.

Will there be options available for Championship+ Ticket holders with dietary restrictions?

Yes. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options will be listed on menu boards and additional options will be available upon request. If you have an allergy or ingredient-related question, you may speak with a member of our team at any on-course concession venue.

Will there be a Wanamaker Club Ticket Package?

There will be no Wanamaker Club Ticket Package or venue at the 2023 PGA Championship.

All Championship+ Tickets will be inclusive of food & non-alcoholic beverages and will be the only spectator ticket type sold for the Championship.

Are grounds tickets without food & beverage be available?

No. Championship+ Tickets will be the only spectator ticket type sold for the 2023 PGA Championship.

In addition to grounds access to watch the best players in the world compete for a major championship, Championship+ Ticket holders will enjoy:

  • Unlimited access to food & non-alcoholic beverage offerings at all concession venues throughout the grounds.
  • The opportunity to redeem two (2) entree items, two (2) snack items, and two (2) non-alcoholic beverages each time you visit a concession venue - you can return as many times as you'd like!
  • Diverse menus, complete with inspiration from the surrounding region and distinct daily specials.
  • And a wide selection of alcoholic beverages for purchase.
Will I be able to share tickets with family or friends?

Yes. Purchasers will be able to transfer mobile tickets to others after tickets have been delivered and before the Championship. Each ticket may only be scanned at the gate once for admission.

Can I come and go from the PGA Championship with the same ticket?

Once scanned, your ticket is expired. No same-day re-entry is permitted.

What happens if my plans change before next May. Can I get a refund?

Unless otherwise determined by PGA Tournament Corporation or The PGA of America, in their sole discretion, there shall be no refunds, rain checks, exchanges or replacements of tickets.
