No. Once scanned, your ticket is expired. No same-day re-entry is permitted.

Service animals are permitted throughout the grounds; however this does not include emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals. Pets are not allowed and will be turned away. Only legitimate service animals that are properly trained and under the proper care of their owners will be provided with the appropriate credentials.
The PGA Shops presented by Chase Sapphire will be located near the Main Spectator Entrance.

Smoking, including but not limited to, cigars, pipes, cigarettes, and e-cigarettes will be prohibited in any permanent or temporary buildings, inclusive of hospitality areas, on patios, decks or raised platforms, grandstands and bleachers at the PGA Championship. Smoking is permitted on the grounds, 20 feet from any structures listed above.

Ticketing
All spectator tickets will be accessed via the AXS Mobile App approximately 3 weeks in advance of the Championship. Ticket holders will be notified via email from the sender axs@axs.com when tickets are available. Learn more about your mobile ticket experience below. Any tickets purchased from pgachampionship.com within 3 weeks of the Championship will be delivered to the purchaser immediately following purchase.

Before you leave for the Championship, please make sure you have downloaded the AXS Mobile App and signed into your account.
At the entrance, open the AXS app, scan your Mobile ID and redeem the amount of tickets you are using on that day. Please note, for security purposes your Mobile ID refreshes every 60 seconds to a new QR code so any screenshot or print out will not scan valid. At the gate you must present the Mobile ID in the app for admission.
First, check your inbox for an email from support@festivalticketing.com that contains your order confirmation.
If you cannot locate a confirmation email, please download the AXS Mobile App and sign-in with your username and password.
Please try all active email addresses that may have been used to purchase tickets and use the forgot password feature if necessary.
You will receive an email from axs@axs.com letting you know that tickets are ready to be viewed in the AXS Mobile app.

No. Printed tickets will not be accepted at the PGA Championship. If you are having difficulty accessing your mobile ticket on your day of attendance, please have your order number and email address handy and visit the Championship Admissions Offices located at the Main Spectator or Kilbourn Gate Entrances.
AXS Mobile ID via the AXS Mobile App is the only form of entry, but if you don’t have access to a smartphone, please visit the Championship Admissions Office(s) with a copy of your order confirmation and a license matching the name on the ticket order.
You can view all active tickets in your account by scrolling up and down on your smartphone. It is highly encouraged that you transfer a ticket to each member of your party to allow for the easiest entry and access into the Championship.
If arriving separately, you can transfer a ticket to each member of your party. This will allow you and your guest(s) to arrive at your own convenience. To transfer a ticket, select the tickets you wish to transfer and enter the recipient’s first name, last name and email address. The recipient will receive an email instructing them to download the AXS Mobile App and create an account to access their tickets. If your ticket was purchased from a secondary market website other than PGAChampionship.com or On Location, we are unable to assist or verify the authenticity of those tickets. Purchasing from unauthorized third-party sellers is discouraged as any duplicate or fraudulent tickets will be denied from admission. Please only accept tickets from people you know and trust.

Juniors 17 years of age and younger will be admitted onto the PGA Championship grounds FREE of charge when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Each ticketed adult will be permitted four (4) junior grounds admissions per day at no additional charge. Junior tickets may be picked up on-site at the Admissions Office located at the Main Spectator Entrance on the day of admission.
Junior tickets cannot be obtained in advance and will be available regardless of a sell-out. Please note, junior tickets do not gain access into private hospitality areas or clubs and do not receive access to the Championship Inclusive Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverage Program.

To honor the men and women who serve our country in the Armed Forces, the Championship is pleased to offer Active Duty, Retirees*, Reserve, National Guard, and their accompanying guest (limit one) complimentary daily grounds access to the Championship. Read the full policy here.

Transportation & Parking
PGA Public Parking (Lot GP 1)
West of Oak Hill Country Club, off-site PGA Public Parking will be complimentary and located at Monroe Community College (1000 E Henrietta Rd, Rochester, NY 14623).
As you approach Monroe Community College (Brighton Campus), please follow signage and traffic control to PGA Public Parking (Lot GP 1). Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from the Main Spectator Entrance at Oak Hill Country Club.
PGA Public Parking (Lot GP 2)
Northwest of Oak Hill Country Club, off-site PGA Public Parking will be complimentary and located at Rochester Technology Park (789 Elmgrove Rd, Rochester, NY 14624).
As you approach the Technology Park, please follow signage and traffic control to PGA Public Parking (Lot GP 2). Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from the Main Spectator Entrance at Oak Hill Country Club.
Lot GP 1 and GP 2 will be open Monday, May 15 - Sunday, May 21, 2023.
Please note that during the Championship Rounds, Thursday - Sunday, Lot GP 1 at Monroe Community College may fill to capacity. Please monitor PGA Championship social channels (@pgachampionship) and the On-Site Guide for the latest updates. In this scenario, spectators would be directed to Lot GP 2 at Rochester Technology Park (789 Elmgrove Rd, Rochester, NY 14624).
No. PGA public parking will be available for all ticketed spectators and volunteers free of charge. Please review the Transportation & Parking section of the Spectator Guide to learn more.
Bike racks will only be available at the Kilbourn Gate Entrance.
Designated accessible parking for those requiring lift-equipped transportation to the course will be available at 3750 Monroe Avenue, Rochester, NY 14534. You will need a verified Disabled Person Parking placard, permit, or license plate to enter this parking lot. The person to whom the placard or plate is issued must be present in the vehicle, as a driver or passenger.
Please note that it’s against the law to park in an accessible parking space without the required ADA credentials or to fraudulently use someone else's in order to gain access to ADA parking spots.
The front rows of PGA General Public Parking lots will also be reserved for spectators not requiring lift-equipped transportation but who have a Disabled Person Parking placard, permit, or license plate for their vehicles. Wheelchairs will not be available for rent, but spectators may bring wheelchairs with them to the Championship.

Food & Beverage
Championship+ ticket allows ticket holders to redeem food and non-alcoholic beverages at all on-course concession venues at no additional cost.
Non-alcoholic beverages are included with the ticket. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at all concessions locations.
Guests can select from various entrées, non-alcoholic beverages, and snack items.
Championship+ tickets are not available the day of the championship.
Guests that have a Championship+ ticket will be provided a wristband at the entrance gates.
You will be provided a different wristband for each day of the Championship.

No. Juniors who attend the Championship through the Junior Admission Policy do not receive access to the Championship+ Program. Food & Beverage is available for purchase at all concession venues throughout the grounds.
Yes. Vegan and vegetarian options are available at all concession markets. If you have an allergy or ingredient related question, please speak with a member of our team at any on-course concession venue.
At the register, Championship+ Ticket holders will present their daily Championship+ wristband to the attendant to seamlessly checkout. Any alcoholic beverages will be transacted separately and may be paid for with any accepted cashless payment method.
No, however, in order to reduce food waste and unauthorized sharing of Championship+ Ticket benefits, any abuse or excessive utilization of the program may result in the suspension or revocation of access, as determined in the PGA’s sole discretion.
Yes. All spectators entering the grounds with a Championship+ Ticket will receive access to the program.
Yes, each spectator, regardless of ticket type, is permitted to bring one unopened bottle of water onto the grounds. Water is included at no additional cost for all ticket and credential holders and available at Market Concessions, Bars and Water Stations throughout the course.
Spectators with particular dietary needs are permitted to bring limited food items onto the grounds. Permitted food items include baby formula and food.
No, a daily wristband will be applied upon entry to the championship and should not be removed at any point during the day. Spectators are reminded that the PGA Championship has a no daily readmission policy and that Championship+ wristbands are not a form of admission.
If you need a replacement wristband because it has been lost, please bring your mobile admission ticket, a copy of your confirmation or ticket delivery email from AXS Ticketing, and your photo ID to the Admissions Office near the Main Spectator Entrance. Individuals requesting a replacement wristband may incur a $25.00 fee and will not be issued to spectators who are unable to present any of these proof of purchase items.
