General Information
Championship gate hours are as follows. Monday – Wednesday (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM), Thursday – Friday (6:30 AM – 8:00 PM), Saturday – Sunday (6:30 AM – 7:30 PM). All times Central. Please consult the Championship Schedule of Events for more information.
No. Once scanned, your ticket is expired. No same-day re-entry is permitted.
Cameras are only allowed on-site during Practice Rounds, Monday through Wednesday, and are not permitted on-site during Championship Rounds, Thursday through Sunday. Please consult the Mobile Device Policy for guidelines regarding mobile device photo, audio, and video capturing while on-site.

Service animals are permitted throughout the grounds; however this does not include emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals. Pets are not allowed and will be turned away. Only legitimate service animals that are properly trained and under the proper care of their owners will be provided with the appropriate credentials.
The PGA Shops will be located between the Main Spectator Entrance and Practice Range.
Portable phone chargers are available for rent or purchase near the PGA Shops.
First-aid stations staffed by medical professionals will be located between the Main Spectator Entrance and Practice Range and near Hole 15 Tee.

Lost and Found will be located at the Information Tent in Maxwell Plaza near the PGA Shops.
Smoking, including but not limited to, cigars, pipes, cigarettes, and e-cigarettes will be prohibited in any permanent or temporary buildings, inclusive of hospitality areas, on patios, decks or raised platforms, grandstands and bleachers at the PGA Championship. Smoking is permitted on the grounds, 20 feet from any structures listed above.

Children under the age of 2 do not require an admission ticket to enter the Championship.
The following methods of payment are accepted onsite at the PGA Championship, identified by location. All on-site transactions will be cashless. No cash or checks will be accepted.

- Market Concession and Beverage Stands: American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Discover Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

Ticketing
All spectator tickets will be delivered via email from a tickets@festivalticketing.com address approximately 4 weeks in advance of the Championship. Any tickets purchased from pgachampionship.com within 4 weeks of the Championship will be delivered to the purchaser shortly after purchase.
First, check your inbox for an email titled 2022 PGA Championship Order Confirmation from the sender tickets@festivalticketing.com.
If you cannot locate a confirmation email, please visit the mobile ticket account log-in page, and log-in with your username and password. Please try all active email addresses that may have been used to purchase tickets and use the forgot password feature if necessary.
Within your ticket account manager, click on your 2022 PGA Championship order for an overview of your purchase and to view the items in your order. You may also click Email Receipt to send a confirmation of your purchase to your email address. Please note, that tickets will not be available until four weeks prior to the championship.

A. Transferring tickets to a different end-user is simple and will require just a few clicks and your receipt’s email address. To learn more, please review our Mobile Ticket Guide.
No. Printed tickets will not be accepted at the PGA Championship. If you are having difficulty accessing your mobile ticket on your day of attendance, please have your order number and email address handy and visit the Admissions and Will Call office near the Main Spectator Entrance. Keep an eye on this page for future updates to include a mobile ticket guide with complete details on how to access your tickets, transfer, and present for admission into the grounds.
A. Ticket purchasers without access to a smartphone are encouraged to bring a printed order confirmation and a valid ID that matches the name on the ticket order to the Admissions Office located at the Main Spectator Entrance on-site to receive their tickets.
You can view all active tickets in your account by scrolling up and down on your smartphone. It is highly encouraged that you transfer a ticket to each member of your party to allow for the easiest entry and access into the Championship.
If arriving separately, you can transfer a ticket to each member of your party. This will allow you and your guest(s) to arrive at your own convenience. Access your ticket account here, select the tickets you wish to transfer and enter the recipient’s first name, last name and email address. They will receive an email instructing them to accept their tickets. They will need to log into their existing Festival Ticketing (Elevate Tickets) account or create a new account to accept their tickets. Once your guest(s) have accepted the transfer, they will be able to add the tickets to their Apple Wallet. If not adding to Apple Wallet, we strongly encourage you to save log-in information on a secure, personal browser.
If your ticket was purchased from a secondary market website other than PGAChampionship.com or On Location, we are unable to assist or verify in the authenticity of those tickets. Purchasing from unauthorized third-party sellers is discouraged as any duplicate or fraudulent tickets will be denied from admission. Please only accept tickets from people you know and trust.
On Location’s Official PGA Championship Ticket Exchange allows fans to buy and sell tickets online in a convenient, safe, and 100% guaranteed environment. The PGA of America reminds fans that purchasing tickets from unauthorized vendors may result in fraudulent purchases.
Note: At present, only sold-out ticket types can be bought and sold on the Official Ticket Exchange.

Juniors 17 years of age and younger will be admitted onto the PGA Championship grounds FREE of charge when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Each ticketed adult will be permitted four (4) junior grounds admissions per day at no additional charge. Read the full policy here.
To honor the men and women who serve our country in the Armed Forces, the Championship is pleased to offer Active Duty, Retirees*, Reserve, National Guard, and their accompanying guest (limit one) complimentary daily grounds access to the Championship. If you need to update your email address please visit our mobile ticket account log-in page and follow the steps below:
- Log-in with your current ticket account information ( email address and password used to purchase .the tickets)
- Once logged in, click PROFILE in the My Account Menu.
- Clear the current email address in the contact details, enter the new email you wish to receive your tickets to and click UPDATE ACCOUNT. Once you receive a notification saying, “Updated Successfully” you are all set!
Transportation & Parking
North of Southern Hills Country Club off-site PGA Public Parking will be complimentary and located at the Tulsa Promenade - Macy’s Parking Garage (5097 E 43rd St, Tulsa, OK 74105). Lot General Public North will only be open Thursday, May 19 - Sunday, May 22, 2022. Monday, May 16 - Wednesday, May 18, 2022, PGA Public Parking will only be available at Lot General Public South.
South of Southern Hills Country Club off-site PGA Public Parking will be complimentary and located at the Mabee Center (2599 E 81st St, Tulsa, OK 74136). As you approach the Mabee Center, please follow signage and traffic control to PGA Public Parking (Lot General Public South). Lot General Public South will be open Monday, May 16 - Sunday, May 22, 2022. It will be the only PGA Public Parking lot open, Monday - Wednesday.
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from the Main Spectator Entrance at Southern Hills Country Club. There will be no public parking at Southern Hills Country Club during Championship Week.

Spectators electing to utilize UBER, Lyft, or other rideshare services must be picked up and dropped off at the PGA Championship’s Official Rideshare lot located at the Southern Hills Tower (2431 E 61st St, Tulsa, OK 74137). Please review the Transportation & Parking section of the Spectator Guide to learn more.
Bike racks will only be available at the Main Spectator Entrance (South).
ADA Parking for guests with mobility devices will be located at RiverGate Church (1439 E 71st St, Tulsa, OK 74136). Wheelchair accessible shuttles will transport guests from ADA Parking to the Championship. You will need a verified Disabled Person Parking placard, permit, or license plate to enter this parking lot. The person to whom the placard or plate is issued must be present in the vehicle, as a driver or passenger.
There will be separate ADA parking at the front of Lot General Public South located at the Mabee Center (2599 E 81st St, Tulsa, OK 74136) for guests who do not have mobility devices.
Please note that it’s against the law to park in an accessible parking space without the required ADA credentials or to fraudulently use someone else’s in order to gain access to ADA parking spots.
Food & Beverage
Exclusive to daily Championship Ticket holders (Thu-Sun), the Inclusive Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverage Program brings convenience, flexibility, and value to the spectator experience on-site. At all concession venues throughout the grounds, daily Championship Ticket holders (Thu-Sun) may redeem food and non-alcoholic beverage offerings at no additional cost.
All alcoholic beverages may be paid for with any accepted cashless payment method such as a credit card, debit card or Apple Pay.
All daily Championship Ticket holders (Thu-Sun) have access to the program.
Grounds Ticket holders, Club 1916 Ticket holders, PGA Premier Hospitality Ticket holders, Volunteers, and other credentials do not have access to the program but may purchase food & beverage at all concession venues throughout the grounds.
Note: The Championship Inclusive Program is not active Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
All Championship Ticket holders (Thu-Sun) arriving through the Main Spectator or 61st Street Entrance will be required to enter the grounds through the Wanamaker Gates. Upon entry, your mobile ticket will be scanned and you will receive a daily Championship Inclusive wristband that becomes your means to redeem entree, snack, and non-alcoholic beverage items at all on-course concession venues.
All upgraded food & non-alcoholic beverages offered within Club 1916 are available at no additional cost to Club 1916 Ticket holders. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase within the club.
Upon entry to Club 1916, ticket holders will receive a daily wristband providing access to the club and food & beverage offerings within for the day.
Note: Club 1916 wristbands do not provide access to the Championship Inclusive program at on-course concession locations.
No. Juniors who attend the Championship through the Junior Admission Policy do not receive access to the Championship Inclusive Program. Food & beverage is available for purchase at all concession venues throughout the grounds.
All food and non-alcoholic beverage items at concession venues throughout the grounds are available to daily Championship Ticket holders (Thu-Sun) at no additional cost.
Offerings include, breakfast sandwiches and biscuits, bagels & cream cheese, hot dogs, beer brats, fry bread tacos, pulled pork sandwiches, butcher’s grind hamburgers, beyond burgers, turkey BLT wraps, chicken caesar salads and unique daily specials. Snack items such as cookies and chips and non-alcoholic Pepsi products are also available.

Yes. Additional vegan and vegetarian options not listed on menu boards are available upon request. If you have an allergy or ingredient related question, please speak with a member of our team at any on-course concession venue.
As you approach a concession venue you will observe signage labeling items as ‘entrees’, ‘snacks’, or ‘beverages’. All daily Championship Ticket holders (Thu-Sun) may redeem two (2) entree items, two (2) snack items, and two (2) non-alcoholic beverage items per transaction.
At Market concession venues you will be permitted to grab food & beverage items from display cases and serving stations before proceeding to the register. At beverage stations, you will order directly with a register attendant.
At all concession venues, simply present your Championship Inclusive wristband to the attendant at the register to checkout.
Alcoholic beverages and any items beyond the inclusive transaction limit of two (2) entree items, two (2) snack items, and (2) non-alcoholic beverages may be purchased with any accepted cashless payment method.
No, however, in order to reduce food waste and unauthorized sharing of Championship Ticket benefits, any abuse or excessive utilization of the program may result in the suspension or revocation of access, as determined in the PGA’s sole discretion.
Yes. All spectators entering the grounds with a Championship Ticket (Thu-Sun) will receive access to the Championship Inclusive program.
All alcoholic beverages may be paid for with any accepted cashless payment method such as a credit card, debit card or Apple Pay. If you wish to purchase items above and beyond the standard inclusive transaction limit of two (2) entree items, two (2) snack items, and (2) non-alcoholic beverages those items may be paid for using any accepted cashless payment method as well.
Yes, each spectator, regardless of ticket type, is permitted to bring one unopened bottle of water into the grounds. Spectators with particular dietary needs are also permitted to bring limited food items onto the grounds. Permitted food items include baby formula and food
No, wristbands must be applied upon entry into the course grounds and should not be removed at any point while on the Championship grounds. Spectators are reminded that the PGA Championship has a no daily readmission policy and that Championship Inclusive wristbands are not a form of admission.
If you need a replacement wristband because it has been lost, please bring your mobile admission ticket, a copy of your confirmation or ticket delivery email from Festival Ticketing, and your photo ID to the Admissions Office near the Main Spectator Entrance.
Individuals requesting a replacement wristband may incur a $25.00 fee and will not be issued to spectators who are unable to present any of these proof of purchase items.
