TICKETING

Q. When will I receive my tickets?

A. Tickets can be viewed by connecting your SeatGeek account to The PGA Championships App, available in the Apple and Google Play stores beginning in mid-April. You can also view your tickets now under the My Tickets section on the SeatGeek app or website.

Q. How do I access my mobile tickets?

A. Tickets can be accessed using The PGA Championships App, available in the Apple and Google Play stores beginning in mid-April. Tickets can also be accessed using the SeatGeek app or website. All mobile ticket barcodes will refresh every few seconds to keep tickets safe and secure. A PDF or screenshot will not be accepted.

Q. How do I transfer my mobile tickets?

A. Tickets can be transferred using The PGA Championships App, available in the Apple and Google Play stores beginning in mid-April. Tickets can also be accessed by visiting My Tickets on the SeatGeek app or website. Tap Send next to the tickets you want to share. Enter the recipient’s email or phone number.

Q. Can I print my tickets at home?

A. No. Printed tickets will not be accepted at the PGA Championship. If you are having difficulty accessing your mobile ticket on your day of attendance, please have your order number and email address handy and visit the Ticket Office located at the Main Spectator Entrance.

Q. Can I have multiple tickets on the same mobile device?

A. You can view all active tickets in your account using The PGA Championships App, available in the Apple and Google Play stores beginning in mid-April. You can also visit the My Tickets section of the SeatGeek app or website. It is highly encouraged that you transfer a ticket to each member of your party to allow for the easiest entry and access into the Championship.

Q. What if my guests and I are arriving at the Championship separately?

A. If arriving separately, you can transfer a ticket to each member of your party. This will allow you and your guest(s) to arrive at your convenience. Tickets can be transferred using The PGA Championships App, available in the Apple and Google Play stores beginning in mid-April. Tickets can also be accessed by visiting My Tickets on the SeatGeek app or website. Tap Send next to the tickets you want to share. Enter the recipient’s email or phone number.

Q. What if I purchased tickets from an entity other than the PGA?

A. If your ticket was purchased from a secondary market website other than PGAChampionship.com or SeatGeek, we are unable to assist or verify the authenticity of those tickets. Purchasing from unauthorized third-party sellers is discouraged as any duplicate or fraudulent tickets will be denied from admission. Please only accept tickets from people you know and trust.

Q. I purchased tickets, but can no longer attend. Where can I go to sell my tickets?

A. Tickets can be sold using The PGA Championships App, available in the Apple and Google Play stores beginning in mid-April. Tickets can also be sold by visiting My Tickets on the SeatGeek app or website. Tap Sell next to the tickets you want to get off your hands. Set your price, sit back and relax.

Q. What if I don’t have a smartphone?

A. A digital ticket is the only form of entry, but if you don’t have access to a smartphone, please visit the Ticket Office near the Main Spectator Entrance with a copy of your order confirmation and a license matching the name on the ticket order.

Q. How many tickets may I purchase within a single order?

A. You may purchase up to eight (8) tickets of any unique ticket type within a single order. To purchase tickets for multiple days, complete your purchase for the first day, then return to the ticket sale link to purchase tickets for the next day of choice.

Q. Will there be a Wanamaker Club Ticket Package?

There will be no Wanamaker Club Ticket Package at the 2024 PGA Championship. Those looking for a private, climate-controlled venue are encouraged to consider Club PGA which is an all-inclusive venue on Hole 17 and perfect for entertaining small groups of customers, family, or friends. Q. Do you have a policy for juniors?

A. Juniors 15 years of age and younger will be admitted into the PGA Championship grounds for FREE when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Each ticketed adult will be permitted two (2) junior grounds admissions per day at no additional charge. Junior tickets may be picked up onsite at the Ticket Office at the Main Spectator Entrance on the day of admission. Junior tickets cannot be obtained in advance and will be available regardless of a sellout.

Note: A junior ticket will NOT provide access to any hospitality area at the 2024 PGA Championship.

Q. Do you have a policy for members of the military?

A. To honor the men and women who serve our country in the Armed Forces, the Championship is pleased to offer Active Duty, Retirees*, Reserve, National Guard, and their accompanying guest (limit one) complimentary daily grounds access to the Championship.

Please CLICK HERE to complete an online verification and request process with GovX, where a copy of a Military ID or service verification must be provided in exchange for daily admission.

Following verification, military members will be directed to SeatGeek, to reserve their attendance. Please do this for each day you plan to attend.

*Career-retired with twenty years of qualifying military service and Department of Defense ID.

Q. I registered for Military tickets. How will I receive them?

A. Military Tickets are digital and will appear in your SeatGeek ticket account on the morning of the event. The military member and accompanying guest must arrive together, with tickets on the same mobile device.

After completing the reservation with SeatGeek, an email confirmation will be sent confirming your daily attendance. If you do not receive this email, please contact the Championship office.

Military ticket support will be available at the Ticket Office at the Main Spectator Entrance. Please bring a copy of your Military ID if you need assistance accessing your SeatGeek account.

Junior tickets (15 years of age and younger) may be picked up at the Ticket Office on the day of the event.

Q. Are tickets personalized? Can I give my ticket to a family member or friend?

A. Tickets may be transferred to another person. However, each ticket may only be scanned at the gate once.

Q. Can I come and go from the PGA Championship with my same ticket?

A. No same-day re-entry is permitted. Once scanned, your ticket is expired.

Q. What is your refund policy?

A. Unless otherwise determined by PGA Tournament Corporation or The PGA of America, in their sole discretion, there shall be no refunds, rainchecks, exchanges or replacements of tickets except as provided for in the following Event Cancellation / Weather Policy outlined in the full Championship ticket terms and conditions.

Q. I am looking for Official PGA Championship Travel Packages to include tickets, accommodations, and transportation arrangements.

A. Official 2024 PGA Championship ticket, experience, and hotel packages are available now from On Location, the Official Travel Package Provider of the PGA of America. Click here to explore.

Package Options include single and multi-day options to attend the PGA Championship, accommodations, shuttle service to Valhalla Golf Club and dedicated on-site event staff.

Q. How do I make changes to my order?

A. Once an order has been placed, you cannot go back into your account and edit it on your own. If you have made a mistake or would like to edit your order, please contact our support team at pgaofamerica@seatgeek.com, and they can assist you depending on the situation.

Q. I’m not sure if the order I just placed went through. How can I find out if it did? I don’t want to place a duplicate order.

A. If you reached a confirmation page that displayed an order number, or received an order confirmation email, the order was processed correctly. Sometimes order confirmation emails can be delayed up to 2 hours, so if there is any confusion, please contact our support team at pgaofamerica@seatgeek.com, and they will assist you.

Q. Where do I go for ticket purchase support, such as if my order is failing to process or I didn’t get an email order confirmation?

A. Please contact the SeatGeek support team for the PGA of America at 888-601-5229 or via email at pgaofamerica@seatgeek.com for ticket order support. SeatGeek is the Official Ticketing Supplier of the 2024 PGA Championship.

Q. Do infants require their own ticket?

A. Children under the age of 2 do not require an admission ticket to enter the Championship.

TRANSPORTATION & PARKING

Q. Where will PGA public parking be located?

A. Public parking will be located at the Kentucky Exposition Center (937 Phillips Ln, Louisville, KY 40209) with shuttles taking you to the course from there.

Q. How much does parking cost?

A. PGA public parking will be available free of charge for all ticketed spectators. Carpooling is strongly encouraged. Public parking will be located at the Kentucky Exposition Center (937 Phillips Ln, Louisville, KY 40209) with shuttles taking you to the course from there.

Q. Can I Uber or Lyft to the 2024 PGA Championship?

A. Yes. For an efficient Rideshare experience, simply enter “2024 PGA Championship” as the destination in your Rideshare app of choice and your driver will take you to the designated Rideshare lot.

Q. Can my family members drop me off in the rideshare lot?

A. No public drop off will be available in the rideshare lot.

Q. Will there be pay to park close to the course?

A. No. Public parking will not be available at Valhalla Golf Club or the surrounding area during the Championship.

Q. Will there be public parking at the Parklands across the street?

A. No. Public parking will be located at the Kentucky Exposition Center (937 Phillips Ln, Louisville, KY 40209) with shuttles taking you to the course from there.

Q. Is walking or using an electric scooter to get to the course acceptable?

A. No. For safety reasons, walking, riding an electric scooter, or biking on Shelbyville Road will not be permitted under any circumstances.

Q. Will you be providing handicapped parking?

A. Yes. Designated accessible parking for those requiring lift-equipped transportation to the course will be provided. If you have a handicap placard you will be able to use the handicap parking lot and shuttles. The exact location of the handicapped parking will be provided in late April.

Q. When will the shuttle times/schedule be available?

A. Shuttle hours of operation can be found in our Spectator Guide.

Q. Where will shuttles from the general public parking lot be dropped off?

A. All official PGA public parking shuttles will be dropped off at Valhalla Golf Club, next to the Main Spectator Entrance.

Q. Will I be allowed to bring my stroller on the shuttle from KFEC?

A. Yes. Large items such as a stroller will be stored in a bay under the shuttle during your trip.

Q. Are there hotel shuttles?

A. Please reach out directly to your hotel to see if they are providing a shuttle service.

Q. What are the options for larger groups?

A. Gate drop-off is only for official PGA shuttles. For all Championship+ ticket holders, you can use a sprinter van as long as it fits in a designated parking spot at the Kentucky Exposition Center.

Q. Will there be a Mercedes lot across the street like the last PGA?

A. No. We do not have a dedicated parking lot for specific car brands. All public parking is located at the Kentucky Exposition Center.

Q. Do volunteers have a dedicated parking lot?

A. Yes. Information has been communicated directly to volunteers.

Q. Do hospitality buyers have a designated parking lot?

A. Yes. Information has been communicated directly to hospitality purchasers.

Q. I am traveling to Louisville, KY for the 2024 PGA Championship. Where can I stay?

Q. What services and viewing opportunities are available for those with physical disabilities?

Q. Where is lost and found?

A. Lost and Found will be located at the Information tent near the Main Spectator Entrance.

Q. May I smoke on the Championship Grounds?

A. Smoking, including but not limited to, cigars, pipes, cigarettes, and e-cigarettes will be prohibited in any permanent or temporary buildings, inclusive of hospitality areas, on patios, decks or raised platforms, grandstands and bleachers at the PGA Championship. Smoking is permitted on the grounds, 20 feet from any structures listed above.

Q. What can or can’t I bring into the Championship?

Q. Can I bring a folding chair to the Championship?

A. Yes. Guests may bring in a standard folding camp chair. If it is in a bag it will be subject to a search upon entering the grounds.

Q. What payment methods are accepted on-site?

A. The following methods of payment are accepted onsite at the PGA Championship, identified by location. All on-site transactions will be cashless. No cash or checks will be accepted.

Q. What is included with my Championship+ ticket?

A. Championship+ ticket holders have access to inclusive food & non-alcoholic beverage offerings at all concession venues throughout the grounds at no additional cost. Private hospitality areas are not included.

Q. Is alcohol included with my Championship+ ticket?

A. No. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at all concession locations. Non-alcoholic beverages are included with a Championship+ ticket.

Q. What specifically can a guest select when visiting a concession market?

Q. How do on-course staff and volunteers know that a spectator has a Championship+ ticket?

A. Guests that have a Championship+ ticket will be provided a wristband at the entrance gate.

Q. Do I have the same wristband for all Championship days?

A. You will be provided a different wristband for each day of the Championship.

Q. Where are items and markets located?

A. The PGA Championships App (available in the Apple and Google Play stores beginning in mid-April) provides a course map with all concession locations, including for the Championship+ program.

Q. What food & beverage items are available through the Championship+ Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverage Program?

Q. I am a Championship+ Ticket holder and I am bringing my children to the PGA Championship through the Junior Admission Policy. Do they receive access to the Championship+ Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverage Program?

A. No. Juniors who attend the Championship through the Junior Admission Policy do not receive access to the Championship+ Program. Food & Beverage is available for purchase at all concession venues throughout the grounds.

Q. I am a Hospitality Ticket holder. How do I access food & beverage offerings included in my ticket package?

A. Hospitality Ticket holders can access upgraded food & beverages within your hospitality venue.

Q. Are there options for individuals with dietary restrictions?

A. Yes. Vegan and vegetarian options are available at all concession markets. If you have an allergy or ingredient related question, please speak with a member of our team at any on-course concession venue or email us at AccessibilityServices@pgahq.com. We will do our best to help you enjoy your Championship experience.

Q. What is the ordering and checkout process?

A. At the register, Championship+ Ticket holders will present their daily Championship+ wristband to the attendant to seamlessly checkout. Any alcoholic beverages will be transacted separately and may be paid for with any accepted cashless payment method.

Q. Is there a limit on the number of transactions I can make?

A. Each Championship+ ticket holder has the opportunity to receive one (1) entrée item, one (1) snack item, and one (1) non-alcoholic beverage each time a Championship+ Ticket holder visits a concession venue - and return as many times as they like. Any abuse or excessive utilization of the program may result in the suspension or revocation of access, as determined in the PGA’s sole discretion.

Q. If I transfer a Championship+ Ticket to a friend or guest, is the Championship+ Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverage Program still accessible to them?

A. Yes. All spectators entering the grounds with a Championship+ Ticket will receive access to the program.

Q. Can I bring my own water into the grounds?

A. Water is included at no additional cost for all ticket and credential holders and available at Market Concessions, Bars and Water Stations throughout the course. We recommend utilizing this benefit of the Championship but each spectator, regardless of ticket type, is permitted to bring one unopened bottle of water onto the grounds.

Q. Can I come back and pick up my Championship+ wristband later in the day?

A. No, a daily wristband will be applied upon entry to the championship and should not be removed at any point during the day. Spectators are reminded that the PGA Championship has a no-readmission policy and that Championship+ wristbands are not a form of admission.

Q. I have lost my wristband or it has been applied too tight. Can I receive a replacement?

A. If you need a replacement wristband because it has been lost, please bring your mobile admission ticket, a copy of your confirmation or ticket delivery email from SeatGeek, and your photo ID to the Ticket Office near the Main Spectator Entrance. Individuals requesting a replacement wristband may incur a $25.00 fee and will not be issued to spectators who are unable to present any of these proof of purchase items.
